As we are funding traders we implement certain rules to make sure that our traders are managing risk correctly.
We do not allow trading styles that are deemed malicious, including but not limited to:
• Exploiting errors or latency in the pricing and/or platform(s) provided by the Broker
• Utilizing non-public and/or insider information
• Front-running of trades placed elsewhere
• Trading in any way that jeopardizes the relationship Prop Account has with a broker or may result in the canceling of trades
• Trading in any way that creates regulatory issues for the Broker
• Utilizing any third-party strategy, off-the-shelf strategy or one marketed to pass assessment accounts
• Utilizing an EA to pass an assessment and then manual trading the funded account
There are a number of companies marketing and selling off-the-shelf EA’s aimed at passing Evaluations/Funded Challenges. This is NOT a representation of a profitable trader and falls under Malicious Practices.
If you are found to be using any malicious practises on our website you will be blacklisted from using Bespoke Funding Program and no refund shall be given.
Inactivity is where your account hasn’t had any trading activity within a 30-day period and will therefore be breached for inactivity.
We allow news trading on challenge phases.
On funded phase, you cannot open or close a trade 2 minutes before or after news.
This will result in any profits being lost and account being breached.
