Our 1-Phase program is designed for traders who are consistently profitable and can maintain consistent results while adhering to stringent risk management criteria. As it is a reduced-phase challenge, requiring only one challenge phase to be completed, it is targeted toward traders who want to reduce the time and stress associated with passing the evaluation phase of the assessment.

As we are funding traders, we need to implement certain rules to ensure that our traders manage risk correctly and avoid trading in ways that exploit the funded trading industry.

We do not allow trading styles deemed malicious, including but not limited to:

• Exploiting errors or latency in the pricing and/or platform(s) provided by the broker
• Utilizing non-public and/or insider information
• Front-running trades placed elsewhere
• Trading in any way that jeopardizes the relationship Prop Account has with a broker or may result in the cancelation of trades
• Trading in any way that creates regulatory issues for the broker
• Utilizing third-party strategies, off-the-shelf strategies, or those marketed to pass assessment accounts
• Utilizing an EA to pass an assessment and then manually trading the funded account

Companies marketing off-the-shelf EAs aimed at passing Evaluations/Funded Challenges are not a representation of a profitable trader and fall under malicious practices.

Violation Consequences:
If you are found to be engaging in malicious practices, your account will be breached, you will be blacklisted from the Bespoke Funding Program, and no refund will be given.

The daily drawdown limit for the 1-Step challenge is 4% and is calculated based on your previous day’s 5 PM EST account balance.

• Example: For a $100,000 account, the balance must not fall below $96,000—a decrease of $4,000 (4%).

Note: Your account will be breached if you exceed either the daily drawdown limit or the maximum drawdown limit.

The maximum drawdown limit for this account type is 6% and is trailing. This means it only moves upward as your account balance grows and never decreases.

• Example: On a $50,000 account, if your highest equity reaches $52,500, the maximum drawdown limit will be calculated as $52,500 – 6% = $49,350.
  Your account will be breached if you exceed either the daily drawdown limit or the maximum drawdown limit.

The inactivity rule is in place to ensure that your account remains active. We require our traders to place at least one trade within a 30-day period.
Failure to comply: Failure to do so will result in your account becoming inactive, leading to a breach.

We allow traders to place and close trades during news on all challenge phases without penalties.

For live funded accounts, however, trades must not be placed or closed within 2 minutes before or after high-impact news events (red folder events). Violating this rule will result in profits being deducted, and the account will be terminated. We advise traders to monitor news events carefully.
